o Debtor capturing (invoices)

o Bank statement reconciliation (Reconciling the bank statement to pastel)

o Depreciation of Fixed Assets
B. After all the capturing is completed we will provide you with a copy of your financial statements:
o Trial Balance (Balance of all General ledger accounts as at the end of the month)
o Income statement (Reflects your net profit)
o Balance Sheet (Reflects your companies good or bad standing)
