I initially wanted neuro-feedback for my personal use. I began studying the brain and the effects of frequency on the brain in the field of entrainment where a frequency can be induced into the brain to produce desired states.

Like relaxation, states of meditation, improved memory and optimal focus and attention etc. This lead me from neuroscience to strange science to doctors and then to neuro-feedback. I worked with some of the leading facilities and had personal training. Feeling the difference it made in me, it was a “no brainer” to include this in the personal development and executive coaching I enjoy doing so much.

Together with Neuro-feedback and the mental strategies work we do, this provides the most potent mixture for peak performers and those who want more for themselves and for those who simply want a better life.
