SELLING STAINED, OLD USED BAMBOO PILLOWS IN PACKAGING
GOOD DAY
WE HAVE PURCHASED 2 X BAMBOO PILLOWS FROM YOUR STORE AT kYA SANDS JOHANNESBURG.
NOBODY CHECKED THE GOODS BEFORE HANDING IT OVER TO US. MY HUSBAND TRAVELLED RATHER FAR TO PURCHASE THE PILLOWS FROM THE JHB BRANCH AS THEY DID NOT HAVE STOCK AT THE OUTDOOR SHOW. WHEN I GOT HOME AFTER WORK AND CHECKED THE PILLOWS THE ONE WAS STAINED AND HAD DIRTY MARKS ALLOVER (LOOKED SECONDHAND) AND THE OTHER ONE THE MEMORY FOAM WAS BROKEN DOWN THE MIDDLE INSIDE THE FABRIC).
WE ARE NOW TRYING TO GET OUR REFUND BACK AS WE DO NOT WANT THESE PILLOWS AND WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING ASSISTANCE FROM ePROMO JOHANNESBURG FOR THE REFUND.
