Nike warranty is lies
I bought a pair of Nikes airmax 720 slim the bubble collapse there was nothing wrong with my shoe it was only the bubble.i send it to Jack Lemkus in cape town and his fees back is that the shoe is 1 year old and it's a wear and tear.the shoe was full of dust cause I cant wear it of the bubble so how can Nike policy be that u have a 2 year warranty wich Jack Lemkus told me that Nike doesnt give a warranty so Nike is all lies I will rather support Adidas cause they got more style than Nike.i own about 12 pairs of Nike but the policy they have is lies

Very unsatisfied
I bought me a airmax 96 in 2020 and according to the work i had i couldn't make use of it ,but after retrenching i started wearing it and gosh im very unsatisfied my sole is busy coming loose the colour of the orange color on the takkie is starting to appear on the white section of my takkie and my R3500 for it ridiculous I'm ever so sorry i bought it or knew the brand nike.

Nike Air
I would just like to know what went wrong with the design of your Nike Air sneaker as attached? It is very uncomfortable especially when standing, that gel portion at the back sinks in providing no support at all. I am so annoyed at this overpriced item that I hardly wear. From the many reviews I have read you guys barely respond so that's fine. I won't care to go near your products ever again. And you probably won't care about that as well and with this I am fine as well. Just overhyped and under delivering.

Soccer boot poor quality materials
For the last 12yrs my son only been wearing Nike Soccer boots and never had a problem "his favorite brand name". Less then 2yrs ago I bought him another pair Nike soccer boots but this time the material is tarring in front, and with Covid he hasn't been playing that much soccer due to soccer been canceled most of the time due to covid. Nike can you please advise!!

Please refer to attached pictures of Nike running shoes (which I have never used for running) purchased on 12 January 2020. I saw the takkies at Nike Gateway, whilst on holiday in Durban. Unfortunately they did not have my size – but they kindly reserved a size 11 at Eastgate. On our way back from Durban on 12 Jan – we stopped at Nike East Gate and collected the shoes. Most comfortable shoes which I only used for leisure – as I have other Nike takkies that are about 8 years old which I use for walking. Due to my slipped disk and cancer – I cannot run. Instead my Wife and I walk quite a lot in our estates as well was walk on the treadmill, using my older Nike shoes.

In about late may / early June this year I noticed the tear in both the newly purchased takkies rear (refer to pics attached). At the time I purchased the shoes I was assured that I could use them for jogging as well as walking. But it looked so good and was so comfortable – that I only used them for leisure. I did write my story on your website customer service site and submitted the pictures – but received no reply. I subsequently took the shoes to Nike Mall of Africa. Godfrey (I think that was his name, he is one of the managers) called one of the regional managers to explain the damage – and I was asked for proof of payment – and said that the bank statement reflecting the transaction will be fine. I received proof of the payment from my banker (attached) which I took back to the store – and spoke to another manager, Mo. He called another Regional Manager – and I was told that Nike will not entertain my complaint as the shoes were purchased a long time ago.

Just want to let you know that I have been supporting the Nike brand for as long as I can remember. furthermore, I have travelled to most parts of the world, mostly on business as well as holidays – but never purchased my takkies anywhere by SA, obviously to support our local retailers. I have never ever experienced a defective pair of Nike shoes, ever, until now.

I cannot understand why my most expensive Nike shoes that I purchased in Jan 2020 is defective – even though I only used It for leisure,

I would appreciate a response please – and what is Nike going to do to restore my confidence in this international brand.

Nike airforce 1 men’s shoes quality problem
After saving his pocket money for a long time - my son a pair of Nike airforce 1 shoes on Saturday last week. On Tuesday the stitching on the side of the shoe has come loose. We paid R1999 999 for these shoes and I am very saddened by the fact that they are already falling apart. I’d like to know whether this is common and whether they can be replaced. We have always bought Nike as the quality has always been phenomenal. Please contact me urgently

Very bad customer service East Point Boksburg Nike outlet
am very disappointed of the treatment I received from one of your employees by the name of Lesiba at East Point Boksburg Nike outlet yesterday. His attitude and the low level of customer service. Very disappointing.

I came to purchase a pair of sneakers for my daughter.They had 40% off on special.I approached him seeing he was a staff member.I asked 40% of R769 he looked at me and laughed at me and started speaking in a language I didn't understand. I told him i didn't understand. He started laughing again as if I was stupid. Very sad and disturbing see employees like that. He's name was Lesiba. I ended up not buying anything cause I was extremely upset.

Poor Customer Service from Nike East Rand Mall
I am Metro Police Officer and is regarded as an "Essential Worker" that does not have to join a queue. Tumelo and Lesiba that is working at the NIKE shop in East Rand Mall Boksburg were absolutely rude to me and did not allow me to enter the shop if I was not willing to join the queue. I was told to wait outside when I requested to see the Manager. According to the them, that rule/policy does not apply to "NIKE" since Level 5, so regardless whether you are an essential worker or not, the same rule of queuing applies to everyone? Their manner of approach is TOTALLY disgusting and they had the audacity to even question me on how I do my job as an officer, I was asked "why am I at the Mall and not on duty???". I do not report to "NIKE's employees, they do not know my working hours and have no right to question me in anyway. This was completely embarrassing, I had to turn back and leave like a fool. Nike has lost the plot if this is the way customers are treated. Its sad to see that the consumer experience and satisfaction is no longer a priority, the very people that builds these large brands. I hope this complaint reaches the relevant authority before I am forced to take this matter further...

Terrible service from Nike Sandton
Hi Nike Sa

After wearing Nike for as many years as I can remember and being a true brand admirer, I have to inform you of terrible service and mismanagement of today’s Nike drop on the black and white dunk low.

Knowing nikes 1st come 1st serve policy, myself and my wife decided to get early Valentine gifts for each other by waking up early to be in line for the dunk drop. Knowing full well Nike opens at 9am we had arrived at 6:45 and were 10th in the queue. Nike employees then opened the doors at 9am and advised that there were no pairs available. Strange to say the least as 5 min later they allowed the first 5 people into the store. At which point we patiently awaited our turn. 5 minutes later to our surprise another 10 customers were in the store however they were all behind us in the initial queue and had entered through the door downstairs that was previously shut. Eventually it was our turn only to be told that they were out of stock.

Saddest part about all of this was making the effort not only to be there on time but also organise a babysitter.

This is absolutely appalling, especially as it was a women’s sneaker and from the 3 women in the queue non of them were able to secure a pair.

I hope this complaint reaches the relevant authority before I am forced to take this further onto social media platforms as well as hello Peter.

Look forward to hearing from you as there is clear and evident backdooring taking place.

Production faults
Ordered a Nike airforce one white from superbablist visible glue all on top and bad stitching only for the replacement to arrive worst with squeue details at the back the block and second pair also had glue showing with sticky glue on insides as well
