On two occasions I had work done at the PARKVIEW BRANCH. The customer service was so disappointing. They forgot to print my canvas, and when I enquired I was told I collected it on that same day as when I placed the order. After printing the canvas they did not have stock for a frame and had to wait for a few days before they received stock. Second visit to the store. I was assured that the work would be completed in 2 hours, to no avail, staff were going back and forth to sort out order. After 5-5 request to see the Manager Andre I was told.... he is on lunch. Really, Really disappointed. Is this the service that we pay for. Lynne ********
