Cedar Rama:BOOYSENS ROAD - Johannesburg

On the 28 May 2020 I bought a basin for my bathroom when I got home only to find out that it doesn't fit in to my bathroom, then I took it back to the shop for an exchange but when I got there I was told that the one I wanted is not on stock and I must wait they will order and phone me. Seeing that I don't get any update and it was already 4 weeks without a respond from the shop, I had to phone them [run after them] to get the update still they told me I must come drop off the basin at the shop and they will refund me. The way the matter was handled by the gentleman in charge his name is Justice together with his accomplice leaves much to be desired. Then I went to drop off the basin unfortunately this guy by the name "Justice" was very rude I was told that they don't do exchange and I don't know what happened to him suddenly he cooled off and said it's fine I can drop off the basin which i did but I was still refused to be refunded and was told to come back next time because they were still serving their customers. I had to come back home without the refund. Till today I didn't get my money back all I want now is to get my money back from these rude shop owners. Again on the 4th July I went to the shop since I was told to come fetch my refund but when I got there I was told that they don't give refunds on Saturdays. Just imagine how many times I have been going back and forth with this, I wonder do these guys know that I'm using petrol for this back and forth. In my imagination I'm now thinking that this is just a strategy to prolong so that I must give up. The subsequent guy is the worst to handle my issue, he so unmannerly I won’t buy from them again.
