Why does SASSA George keep on turning away a person diagnosed with meningitis and Cognitive away and preventing from application for disability grant or should I contact the Deputy Minister of Social development . Please advise me

I applied for my child social grant in Mossel bay then the head office never verify my application , I never receive a cent .
I'm so disappointed on sassa services. Can u do the verification for me ?.

I appealed for the covid-19 social relief grant last year, everytime I go to the offices I'm told to wait at home for the response. It's so frustrating, irritating and time consuming and they sent me to sars,police station and the bank for nothing. They are unwilling to assist!

The lady on the switchboard from Sassa George office was very friendly and assisted me kindly. Excellent service indeed!!

My wife and I applied for a old age pension at the first week of March. We applied at the Kwanamathulu office just outside Plettenberg Bay. We have to congratulate you on the efficiency and pleasantness of your staff.The whole exercise was a pleasure. Mr Pinnaar and Cheryl especially also the other staff members were really nice. We went this morning to get our first pension payment and again what a pleasure. Totally efficient an pleasant. What a pity our other government and municipal departments could not be of the same standard. Congratulations and keep up the high standard that you have.
