I have been struggling the whole morning to place an order via online. I know how to do it, as I do online shopping regularly. But this system is honestly so not user friendly
It keeps on taking me back to the same page each time I click next to continue to pay. I have chosen my store, and input my details over and over. I just can't get to the next step! Not the best online system I have used

I want my phone back Exact Thaba nchu
I had a samsung A21s it was damaged and i submit a claim to Exact Thaba nchu on 25 November 2021 through the insurance and the insurance the phone then the phone returned on the 14 Dec 2021 and the stored said that they cant process the phone and i waited then they robbed the store and now i dont have a phone and they are not giving me feedback and i am doing my first year online distane with my Dad's phone and it is very difficult and i want a new phone or we will go a legal way which includes the lawyer i want a new upgrade phone and i hope people must not submit a claim to Exact Thaba nchu or buy a phone you shall regret the day and I want a new fucken phone

Wrong phone sold
I went into the Thaba Nchu Exact store to buy a Huawei phone and that's what I said when I got there but I then realised when I got home that theu had sold a Vivo. I went back to the store to return the phone and they said that they had a no return policy. However, the person that assisted me admitted that I did tell him what I wanted but then gave me the wrong phone. So I called the head office and a regional manager went to the store to sort out the case. The employee then told her a different story saying he told me that there were no Huawei phones but rather Vivo, which is untrue. But sadly the manager believes them without even giving me a fair chance to explain the matter... I am livid and very disappointed as I worked really hard saving up for that phone, which had features I would've used for my business. I am utterly disgusted at the significantly poor service I received and I regret not recording that guy admitting that he was wrong.

Poor service
Today I was in exact at Bultfonein in die FreeState. 3 of the 4 people that work there were sitting in the windowstill eating French fries. They were so busy eating and chatting that I had to ask them twice to be helped, and still had to stand and wait for almost 10 min. When the man eventually got up he didn't even whipe his hands and took my card and work on the computer. Everything was so greasy. Before he could touch the item I bought I pick it up put it in the bag myself. I had to cover my card with tissues and had to wasch it at home. Don't think I will ever buy anything again at Exact.

Extremely poor customer service
To whom it may concern.
I received a dress as a gift but the size was too small and I took it to the Exact branch at N1 City in July 2021.They did not have any stock and IBT'd it from another store .I did not receive any call from the stores that they have received the dress.I called to find out about it and was told about it.When I got there they did not know what I was talking about or where the dress is.I waited for some time only to be told that the dress is teared that they received from the other store. They looked where they could find another dress and IBT'd it from the store.When I was there they made soo long so I went to another store in the mall but forgot to pick the dress and IBT slip up from the store.I received a call from store that the dress is there.I went to the store and the same this where they don't know where the dress is ,they don't know where the dress is that i left.I waited and waited and then left.Second in charged phoned me to say they have found the dress and the one I left in the store and I can come and collect it.I clearly told her that please don't let get to the stores and the same thing happen where nobody knows about the dress.I went yesterday and the same again as the manager and second in charge were off.Waited and waited only to be told that they sold the dress.
The lady said I must wait until she will be back and that he's going to find out something.Waited and she did not come so left.She called me to say that I can come back and she can offer me a gift card for the amount of the dress. I did not go back. .

Poor service
I was on the queue yesterday for 20 plus minutes. The services at Tembisa and festival mall are poor. No greeting or apologies for delay. I left without buying the things I nèeded.

EXACT Store Vincent Park East London
I went into the store to exchange a dress I recieved as a gift. I asked them if I could exchange the item and the lady looked at me up and down and said to me as if I was stealing that I need the receipt to return an item. I told the lady that I do not have it because it was a gift and she refused to help me and was quite frankly extremely rude. I felt so intimidated as if I was doing something wrong. I will never purchase an item from any exact store again because of this treatment but I want to swop the dress so I can actually use it as it's to big. I am very disappointed at the service and I am quite sad that this is how a customer gets spoken to

They robbed me at Naas Kamaqhekeza Exact
I went to Naas Kamaqhekeza Exact to buy some Athletics jockey vest which were on special from R250
To R239.99 then it said on the outside cover box you'll buy 2 vest then get 1 free so I went to the till to pay and I asked the lady wear's the other free vest she said there's no vest yet it says on my slip it's a promotion for 3 vest then she said it'll be R250 I said how cause there on the price tag it's R239.99 she said It went up I was surprised now when I got home when I found out that those vest were supposed to be be 3 ... and I want that R10 back to me cause she lied to me her name is Nqobile Khoza from Kamaqhekeza Naas Exact

SELL FAULTY PHONES
Good Day

I would like to log a formal complaint regarding a Cellphone I bought at exact in Golden Acres mall.

I let the phone battery die before charging it as advised by the sales person , then I charged the battery fully(100%) . I removed the phone from the charger, While using the phone I noticed that the it showed a blank screen intermittently kindly refer to the attached picture I took of the , it showed a blank screen with a key at that point I could not switch off or on so I decided to let the battery die out , while I was waiting for the battery to die out , the phone show chinese coding . the battery finally died. I took the phone to the exact store and when they charged it , it worked however I advised the lady I spoke to that the issue is not the battery but the fact that the phone gives me a blank screen . I bought this phone last Friday . I explained to the lady that the issue is intermittent and I got the sense that she does not know the meaning of the word in a technical environment . I then explained to her that the issue comes and goes .It happens out of the blue . the lady then said when it happens again I must book the phone in . however my understanding when I bought the phone is that if it has technical issues I can return it if it happens within 7 days , I offered the store money so I can top up this phone and get another one a better one preferably . However I was judged when I walked into the store as the lady didn't even want to look at the picture I showed her of what the phone does . I feel scammed and I was sold a faulty cellphone . I assure you that I will escalate this to the highest person and platform I can get at TFG , you cannot be selling faulty things to customers . I kept telling her it's not a battery issue as I work in a technical environment . I am an IT technician and know that when something is affecting a device intermittently you don't just send the customer away , maybe she did that because of the color of my skin , the way I was addressed but again the issue is not the battery don't insult my Intelligence. see the attached and tell me if that's a battery issue and also ask your technical team why this phone would show a blank screen and screen letters that look like Chinese coding . I did not take a picture of that when it happened but took a pic of the blank screen , DO NOT SELL FAULTY THINGS TO CUSTOMERS. Please put it on record that I returned the phone within 7 days

I am experiencing the same problem and I'm so disappointed with exact and their stuff.

I bought my phone 26 July and the following day I noticed some issues and went back to the store. They couldn't help me, they just told me that I can't return the phone , imagine!!!! It was less than 48 hours. They didn't even want to check the phone. I went there again last week they told me to bring the phone the next day and they'll take it to repairs .

I'm so angry, I'm really not happy with this kind of service.

I bought a sumsung Acore2 at giyani exact on 31 of may this year,the phone just switched off and never charged again on the 6 of august I took it back to the shop ,they promised me to be fixed in 7to14 day,no one bother to call me after 18 days I went there to check,they said is not back yet,I go back and no one bother to call I went there the following week ,they starts to make a call while im there ,my phone was at MTN repair center they said they dont have the material to fix my phone ,I went back n no one bother to call me go update,the following week I went there they make a call to mtn repair centre dey said my phone was no longer with them ,they took it to the factory cos dey didnt find any fault,they called to the factory n dey say they gona fix it soon ,I come home no one bother to upbate me I went ther last week they called the factory n dey said the phone s been fixed n I'll receive it the following day I didnt get it ,I was there yerstaday still my phone is not back ,I'm tired of wasting money to go there for nothing is about 38killomitres,and the managment of that shop is verry poor they can't stand for clients .I'm not happy at all I'm very sad I don't have phone to use but my money is wit u .

Lost slip
Hi I bought dress on Friday at secunda with debit card and I lost the slip when I took it back they say they can't do anything without the slip I suggested what if I go and pull out bank statement they say its not gonna work so I left the dress there at checkers I once lost the slip they took my card and checkbthat transaction and it was about a year I bought that thing on other shops you pull out the bank statement but at Exact it happened 4 days ago they can't help you

Good day ...
I visited the exact in Jubilee Mall Hammanskraal and the lady who assisted has so much attitude i don't think I'll ever visit that store again..I stay in Brits and was not happy with the treatment..She did not greet,,never asked if I have rewards cards or nothing..She needs to be put at the back not to assist customers...

Daylight Robbery
I recently bought a Samsung smartphone for R5000 at Exact Mthatha Sutherland this year around April
, the phone malfunctioned due to software issues I then took it back to the store, failing to get assistance from them I took it to exact circus triangle, they treated me wore than the guys at Sutherland, m really not happy about this...this is day light robbery

I went to fochville Exact I was knocking on the door for them as it was already pass 9clock and the doors was still closed. Everyone was busy at the till chating. Some even stood there with they bags as if they going home. That was the last time I will ever visit Fochville Exact.

I went to the Exact store in Railpark Mall Gaborone today looking for a white blouse. I saw one that I absolutely loved. I decided to try it on but was stopped on my way to the fitting room by a sales lady who told me that fitting is not allowed for white clothing items. Since the blouse is only available in white I asked her for a solution as I needed to be sure of the fit before buying. She said there was nothing that could be done as that was the policy. Sadly I put back the blouse. Another lady also wanted try some white item also left without buying after being told she count try. I left without buying a blouse that I need and that I absolutely loved.
