Director Kgabo Mashiane

Professional Qualification
Kgabo obtained a NTCV mechanical and electrical engineering in 1987, He then complete his Projects Management Diploma and trade qualification Millwright Diploma in 1990. He also obtained assessor and moderator certifications in 2005.

Expertise
Kgabo’s expertise is in the field of manufacturing and FMCG. He also has extensive experience in learning and development, Projects Management, machine installations, Business Strategy Implementations and the following Computerised Management Systems: MS Office, MS Project, SAP, JDE and MFGpro.

Employment History
Flip started as millwright apprentice in 1986 at South African Breweries Miller Plc working between Rosslyn and Polokwane plants where he qualified as Millwright from Olifantsfontein Trade Test Centre.
In1992 he joined National Sorghum Breweries in Cape Town as Technical Foreman but in the beginning of 1994 he left to continue his career with South African Breweries Miller Plc at Olsson’s Cape Breweries AKA Newlands Breweries in Cape Town.
