Very disappointing service
Purchased an infinity Battery with 2 years gurantee. After 2 weeks problems
Gave us a 2nd battery and said will send to manufacturers
Called and went in many times made us run around from Bluff to Chatsworth. with no success.
On Friday 19 /3 /2021 went in again because of the 2nd hand battery was running flat. Only to find out our battery was still with them and had not been sent to the manufacturer
I asked for a refund and he refused.
Wanted me to purchase an Exide battery.
I refused
How can one deal with people who do not honor their commitment and don't care for their customber
I will never take my business to them

Terrible customer service
Rude, unhelpful and poor customer service. Customer service is non existent when purchasing vouchers from Infinity Property Group. They are unaccommodating and inconsiderate. .... EXTREMELY unprofessional... Just a Money hungry bunch
