I would like to commend NMA-Attorneys for their professionalism and efficient manner in which they conducted, mostly, conveyancing matters on our behalf. With that being said, they went the extra mile assisting our clients with winding up of a diseased estate and ensuring a smooth transaction, taking further stress away from the client. They are always accessible and the director, just a phone call away! There are sometimes unforeseen problems that arise during various transactions, creating frustrations for the different parties, but constant feedback from them, kept everyone updated.

i am so pissed off with NMA. my agent employed them as conveyancers. firstly their attitude was condescending. i had to fight and nag and email and take the job on myself of follow ups with the buyer nad follow ups with the bond attorney. now they have all documents in place but have taken 1 week to bridge finance to pay the rates. They wont use the company that i used becasue they dont work with them instead they use someone else that they buddy with and in the meantime my whole life is being delayed. 6 weeks without lights and 5 months without water and still the drag their damn feet. i've emailed whole week this week and finally someone replied saying i'll be called to discuss progress. i still havent received that call. i will never recommend them to anyone and i am highly disappointed that becasue the person that was handling it is off sick the whole business stops running. Rubbish.

I have dealt with nma attorneys on several occassions and i have always been very satisfied with the service that i have received. My matters were always dealt with in a professional manner and the staff at nma really go the extra mile in order to get the job done. NMA were appointed by the agent who sold our purchaser's home,to act on her behalf. This process has dragged on for 7 months, with extremely poor communication and follow through on the legal processes required. NMA have failed to communicate with our conveyancer, despite many calls and emails which has resulted in unnecessary delay's in our sale. This is the first time we have experienced such a lack of professionalism with a legal firm, and I would avoid them at all costs in the future.
