Reviews of Dr Uhala Freddy Ukunda - Roodepoort

Dr Ukunda, was on call several years ago on the night I broke my ankle and he had to put pins and a plate and screws in both my tibia and fibular bones. He was gentle and kind and listened! Last year he took all the metal out and had to open up over the same scars. Today you can hardly tell I had such a bad break, he did such a good job I don't suffer with any swelling or scar tissue pain! I recommend him to anyone! I will be forever grateful to him!

In my opinion doctor Ukunda is the best orthopedic surgeon in Johannesburg. My son has broken his arms 5 times and dr Ukunda was excellent in dealing with my seven year old son. He gave us good advice and always followed up on my son's well-being. Every time when my son broke his arm, we asked for dr Ukunda and he would come to assist us, no matter the time.

I was so scared to have my hip replacement in 2013 and Dr Ukunda was so positive and loving and told me what was going to happen and I could have not asked for a better Dr to do my operation.and all his staff and PA Wendy at Flora rock may God bless them all and many thank you.Jolene Melody Becker.

Very thourough surgeon with excellent behaviour. Spent a lot of time with me explaining everything. After my trame viewed him as a friend more than a doctor.
