Service is good though there's need for improvement in service delivery to avoid unnecessary long qu
I have been to this spares for several times and noted that the only improvement needed is to speed up on service delivery especially on the side of parts collection and till operations.

I have been calling their landline with no answers since Friday 24 February. the phone just rings and rings with no answer.

Due to the high volume of calls not all callers will get through. The person on the telephone will assist you to get the parts you need at an affordable price if not a stock item. Its best you visit the store if u can't get through on telephone. The service is excellent
