Awful experience and service
So much for supporting small local businesses! Was refused accessed since my 3year old wasn’t wearing a mask. The attitude and above the law attitude is disgusting. Was told that right of admission reserved and must go since all children under 2 must have a mask on. Will never ever return, since clearly they cannot read and cannot understand the differnce between 2 vs 6. I wonder if they understand the expiry dates on products.

No empathy at all
I cant start express how coldand u welcoming the people that work there are. No emotions whatso ever. I buy from the store almost daily as I own a craft business. I got there a literally as they closed the gate but was i side. The I needed one piece of paper and she refused. To let me in. A guy who was i side was willing and she said no. One piece of paper. I spend over R3000k a week at this store and they know me but theycouldn't let me buy 1 paper. When there were still people in the store

Babies and masks
I was highly upset as you want our baby of 7months to wear a mask. The law says children under the age of two must not wear masks as it can be dangerous. My grandson was in the baby sling on his mom s hip and they refused us to enter. This is really ridiculous to expect a baby to cover his face with a blanket as the lady at your door expected us to do.

I was in Her-annies this afternoon and I am absolutely horrified by what I saw. A lady was shopping with her young daughter and took a few photos in the store. She was shopping for a friend who is getting married and buying her decor and things to make decor from, so was making sure everything was correct. A rather large "gentleman" came up to her and started shouting at her in front of everyone telling her to get out the store for taking photos and that she's stupid. The poor lady was absolutely shattered and left the store so embarrassed. I left my purchases and walked out as well over this horrific treatment only to find this poor woman in tears in the parking lot. Fine, maybe photos of products isn't allowed, but then politely ask your customer not to. I'm disgusted and will NEVER return to a shop which I've supported many times!
