I am currently having the worst experience with this company! Their service is horrible and I have found it impossible to get accurate information from any of them. When I contacted them I was told my police clearance certificate would take roughly 20 days and that they would submit with my documents the moment that they received them. It is now a month later and I still have not gotten my documents back. When I checked the police's site I saw that my documents were only submitted to the police on the 19th of January, that's two weeks after I sent them.
Don't use this service. Many of the courier companies now also offer a service for police clearance certificates, rather use them then at least you will know that your documents will actually be delivered as soon as possible not whenever these consultants decide they have time to submit your documents.

I am happy to say that my documents done by GMTM was perfect.
The deadline was met one day before i had to hand in at the ministry of interior.
So i will defenatly use GMTM again.

We can only Apologise for delays with Police Clearances especially ones that occur after public holidays. The process at the Criminal Record centre are as follow. 1. We hand in over the counter. The Application is usually registered on the system within 5 work days( When there is a backlog this can take up to 10 work days and more). Then the fingerprints are checked against the records of known criminals ( This takes approximately 10 work days) When this process has been finalised the SAPS website will state finalised. It will take a further 2 to 5 work days for the Police Clearance Certificate to be typed and signed.
