Safety Policy Document and Safety Officer, is Gas Safe registered and a member of the Institute of Plumbing. The company has a strong apprenticeship policy helping to provide the industry with the skilled engineers of the future.
Constantly monitoring technical advances in equipment and systems, the need to continually train staff to ensure compliance with Gas Safety regulations, whilst at the same time being very much aware of the necessity to remain competitive is of paramount importance. The overriding aim of the company has been to provide to the housing industry technical competence and professionalism.
Many of the plumbing and heating systems we install are designed within our own drawing office, operating a computerised estimating and design service. The company also has a Special Works Division and an Electrical Division enabling us to offer the full range of mechanical services, fully coordinated which is proving very successful with our customers.
Thoughtful management, attention to detail and customer requirements are also particularly important in the private housing industry. We have the ability to offer a full technical and after sales service, and when necessary can attend quickly and competently to items of maintenance or breakdown.
