We are a black economic empowerment company specialising in providing end to end Human Capital Development and Leadership solutions to organisations. We offer comprehensive solutions to our clients ranging from Recruitment Services to Talent Management and staff retention. Motivation
Total Business Consulting (TBC) has been in operation for 2 years and is run by a team that has 31 years HR experience between them. We believe that with our experience in Human Resources we are better placed to understand and relate to specific South African staffing needs. We have an understanding of end to end HR processes coupled with operations experience that places us in a position to understand the demands and requirements of line management.
We have expertise to offer end to end HR services from job profiling and grading, salary surveys, recruitment and selection, psychometric assessments, training and development, industrial relations, payroll and HR outsourcing.
Our service offering will be generalist recruitment, psychometric assessments, recruitment of people living with disabilities, training, executive coaching, on-boarding, HR Project outsourcing and employee wellbeing through our sister company which offers Debt Counseling services
We have a large data base of candidates that we continually update and we also use social media extensively to attract high caliber candidates. About ninety percent (90%) of candidates in our data base are employment equity (EE) candidates, to ensure that we assist our clients to achieve their employment equity targets. We also target black females and people with disabilities. Although our offices are based in Gauteng we are in a position to source candidates in all regions and we make use of Skype to interview candidates in the regions.
We have also partnered with a number of associates with international exposure to ensure that we give our clients value adds services. We believe that HR is an integrated process, and our service offering go beyond recruitment and selection.
We have a team of highly skilled consultants, who have strong Human Resources background. We also make use of freelance recruitment specialists to ensure that we have capacity to handle volumes when the need arises.
