I would never even on my happiest day ask for transport from Merc Carriers .Transport manager is so Irresponsible and rude. One of their trucks was driving pass me and a stone came out of it straight to my windscrean ,tried contacting them for a full week (emails and calls) even lelf msgs ,when i finally get the manager he was shouting and so rude and refused to take responsibility ,saying its the goverment's responsibility ,i dont know how coz the goverment didn't tell his trucks not to close the sail leaving stones to smash people's cars ...
