Terrible
We are in a very isolated area. Thus we use the courier guy as they deliver our parcels every day. Earlier this year one of the cheecky drivers of Polokwane branch ignored my instructions I gave to a supplier for my PUDO parcels. After that they picked up spares in original packaging and cut it open where they damaged gaskets - I was told they won't replace them. I had a huge fight with them to fix it they just do not care. Yesterday I booked an overnight parcel from Polokwane to my area - the next morning I received an sms with my pin only to check on the tracking system that my parcel is out for delivery in JHB and not even in Baltimore. I started to follow up and arranged another courier to pick up at the courier guy in jhb - when they got there they said the parcel is out on delivery when he brings it back they could pick up - I phoned head office only to be told my parcel is not with the driver and he doesn't know where it is. Now I was told my parcel is missing and if they dont find it - we would have to go through a claim process which takes 2 weeks. I needed that parcel tomorrow to make sure my business keeps running. Now I'm supposed to say it's fine.

Pathetic service, customer satisfaction up to **** and they are so not trained for this how do they even win courier of the year!? The drivers is careless and wreckless. And all that they can reply with is "we/they are busy with investigations and we must wait" investigation my fiddle little ass

Missing parcel
We lost 2 expensive parcels with you guys, your service sometimes is bad, a driver took the parcels I blv he didn't scan them, since it's still showing collection yet to be done, now our parcels JGLM6B and RFQS6B worth R9000 are nowhere to be found

We have been using courier guy for more than 5 year with such drama, now we are soo disappointed with your service

Disappointed
It took me over half an hour yesterday to try and complete my delivery application form, and although this was no doubt my fault the form lent nothing to make it easier. Then it bombed out, probably because it was close to 5pm and everyone was knocking off.
Then today I managed to load form and pay by 12h45 which in the ads says its needs to be before 14h30 which it is but it looks like my delivery is only going to go tomorrow BUT I CANNOT CHECK THIS FACT AS NO-ONE will answer the phone. 086 120 3203 NO ANSWER - OR ACTUALLY THIS NUMBER IS UNAVAILABLE AT PRESENT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER,- 011 462 0651 NO ANSWER - OR ACTUALLY THIS NUMBER IS UNAVAILABLE AT PRESENT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER

I LIKE TO DISCUSS MY ISSUES WITH people NOT COMPUTERS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES.IF THIS DELIVERY TURNS OUR PEAR SHAPED, I WILL NOT BE USIN COURIER GUY AGAIN.

No customer support
Courier Guy offers good rates and they are fast. Unfortunately there is no customer support when thete is a problem. They simply refuse to address the isdue with bad attitudes.

Poor customer service
The Courier is one company that claims to be excellent or the best when it comes to delivery. As a person that manages an online based business, I can be able to say that they are not.

They are fast when it comes to delivery of packages. But when it comes to customer support, they are extremely poor.

1. We have had many packages go missing with the company but till today we have struggled to get proper feedback as to what really happened to some of them. All you get when you can for assistance is one person passing on the problem to the next.

2. We had an incident where by we got a call from the post office in Jeppestown from a lady by the name of Maria Mahlangu. She had received a package from one of the post office delivery guys who was doing his rounds. The package was a sealed waybill of a parcel that was collect from our shop by the driver Victor. Apparently they dropped it "by mistake" in the street. If it wasn't for the delivery guy from post office, the Courier guy would have claimed that the parcel was never picked up from our premises. I know this cause it is not the first time a package was collected from our store but never made it to the depo.

3. When it comes to claims on missing packages, till today we have not received even 1 payout. We even resorted from having a direct account with the company and used a company called uAfrica, to our surprise their prices there are much cheaper as compared to when you have an account with the Courier guy directly. But still, they lost some of our packages and till today, not even 1 has been paid out. You will argue with them on the emails and phone calls till you give up. Mind you we spend over a R******** a year on delivery with the courier guy but they can't even pay for a package that costs less than a thousand rands.

It is sad that such a company that claims to be good at what they do can fail at something as simple as customer care but they love it when you book deliveries through them.

My advice, threat carefully with company.

Important documents
I just want to thank all the staff, helping to find my documents. It was delivered at the wrong address on the 18th of January 2021. After 4weeks, it was found and delivered. Thank you JHB Courier Guy! I am so thankful. Keep up the good work and thank you for the extra mile....

What have you done to get such help? I am really so in need of their help regarding my parcel that was send to Mpumalanga instead of Soweto and no type help I am getting they keep on referring my calls to different consultants... Please tell Me what process did you go through because I honestly need their help because I am having trouble with my customers right now because of this issue

Important documents
It is with great sadness & disappointment in my heart that my envelope of very important documents, got lost.(TCG********) I struggled for 3weeks to trace where it was delivered. (At the wrong address.)
(Medical records, Fingerprints and a copy of my ID and passport....)
So, if any criminal, clone my identity, courier guy will be my part of this. I hope that you can still find this important envelope. I will be grateful for this.
