Bought a house in Watergate phase 1 and its a mess. after 2 years all tiles in the house are lifting, after three years my geyser is now broken.

Most of the first people to move into this "complex" have had similar problems eg. tiles going, walls cracking. It looks like they used the cheapest labor they could find.

Found out from a resident that they're fixing certain people's tiles and that they admit that the party that did the tiles did a bad job. Despite this admission we tried to get in contact but was given the run around by a secretary, she basically said "that's not our problem" with attitude. It looks like they are fixing it quietly so they don't do everybody. I am ready to see a lawyer now as I have had enough. Anyone thinking of buying in at Watergate, don't you will be fixing up a new house for the first 5 years.
