On the 23/06/22 i withdrew money from a capitec ATM,a total of R1500 the money came out as i tried to grab it R650 of the money fell trough the gap on the ATM .I went to capitec bank for assistance,they told me that they don't have access to the ATM only fedility personnel has access.They confirmed finding the money but there are procedures to be followed.Since 23rd of june i have been waiting today is the 06th of July but no response.what should i do?
