Rebafil Filtration was established in 1993 as a manufacturer of air filters. The manufacturing process is environmentally friendly and forms part of a recycling process.
It is important for you to know that the filters are not cleaned by using air or washed for re-use. We only use the steel housing of the used air filters. The filter media (paper) are replaced with the same micron and quantity used in the original air filter. The filter media(paper) used in the air elements is opptained from one source that supplies all the local air manufactures. * See specifications attached.
All filters are tested separately at three different intervals in the manufacturing process to ensure quality. This is the reason why every filter is factory guaranteed. *Details attached for warranty.

use 95% of all air filters in the recycling process, whatever the make. The radial seal filters with rubber at the top and bottom can also be built. Again only the steel housing of the used air filter is re-used.
By using this recycling process you will have a average saving of 35 to 40% per filter.
This process can be explained in three steps:
• The steel housing of the filter is recycled
• There is no middleman
• Delivery to the client directly from the factory
Collection is based on a service exchange system where an agent visits the area every 4-6 weeks – according to the needs of every client. The used air filters are collected by the agent to be returned with the next visit.
