We bought a phone through sales representative, we paid him R3500.00, R2500.00 for phone,R1000.00 for airtime. He promised to load the airtime for us on the 10th of January 2018,he didn't load,now when we call him to ask he doesn't take our calls. And now we are frustrated because we don't know how to buy airtime.
