Terrible Experience! If you don't want to end up paying a lot more on top of the original price they charged you, do not use this company. Besides our household goods arriving 6 months later, after being told it would take three, we were informed there truck was too big to get to our home in the town and that we should take our car and come and pick our boxes including furniture items, up from where they were parked on the side of a road, about 1km away (this is in Spain). After explaining this was not possible as we only had a small hatch-back and had PAID EXTRA for delivery to our 4th floor flat(front door-front door) which they NEVER REFUNDED. 5-6 desperate calls later to their customer service lady, who was extremely rude and unprofessional, we were told they were going to take it back to the UK! Eventually they told us they were going to drop it off at another agents depot 2 hours away from us, and that we would have to pay a further £300 to have it re-deliverd??? After basically paying the extra fees as we had no choice, our goods arrived. An old family heirloom dressing table that we cherished had three legs broken off, our 50" inch Flat-screen TV was smashed and a glass table top smashed. After contacting Lizzie Malherbe at Bryton/Britannia in Germiston(South Africa) and them promising us a measly £160 in compension, which they NEVER PAID! I would advise anyone to find another removal company.Its all sweet talk while they are trying to get your business, but the delivery and after service was shocking. Just Google reviews on them to see we're not the only ones. You have been warned.
