I bought 2 printers from Panasonic Business Systems in Walmer in the last 6 months.
The one printer (Panasonic dot matrix - supposed to last a lifetime) did not last 3 months.
Took it back to be repared - the service and the attitude of the lady at the main reception desk was absolutely shocking.
It took them a week to 'fix' the printer - even thought I explained that I use the printer on a daily basis and that I needed it urgently. Collected it a week later only for the printer to still not work properly! Never ever again - really not a pleasant experience.
