EDURA - Carletonville

Just to set the record straight, Edura itself is such a nice place to shop with a variety of hidden Treasure at low prices, unfortunately today I had a bad experience with a female staff member that was by the carpet section, I inquired about Synthetic Grass, they were very busy, so I was told to wait for the gentleman and his scissor, I was in no rush and waited patiently, a friendly man came to help, and once he opened the roll of grass it was not wat I expected, and I apologize to the man for wasting his time, and he reassured me that it was no problem at all, so I grabbed 2 runners instead, and when paying for them, a lady working their had to notify me that the man that just helped me was very upset,? because they pulled him away from a customer that was willing to spend R2000, and now they lost him because of me. need I say more? so please keep in mind, do not ask about anything, and if you change your mind about a purchase make sure you have R2000 to make up for it. I am a bubbly person, and hardly have any diva moments, but today I made an exception. I was in shock as she spoke to me, Well at least she had passion for het work. but now I don't feel comfortable to shop their anymore. poor me.
