MY ACCOUNT IS OUTSTANDING WITH ONE FINAL PAYMENT YET THESE "DEBT COLLECTORS" AS THEY THINK THEY ARE; ARE CALLING MY WORK EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST WEEK! ITS THE BLOODY 3RD OF THE MONTH HOW THE FUDGE AM I SUPPOSE TO PAY THE INSTALLMENT IF I HAVE NOT EVEN WORKED THE MONTH TO GET PAID???!!! I'M SOOOO DONE WITH OK FURNITURE. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Ive paid ur money all of it nw its hard to deliver my stuff wats der promblm u cnt say on thursday wer by i paid ur money nw i must wait fr u i dont andastand nd der money dat i have paid it include der transport

In the beginning of 2009 I bought a few items from OK Furniture. The second month they deducted double the amount that was agreed upon. The month after that I could not afford the payment because of the double payment the previous month and rainbow finance phoned me to say my account was in arrears. I explained the situation to them and what happened, but to no avail, they just insisted that I make another double payment the month after that. Unfortunately I was retrenched a month later and went under debt review. I paid the court agreed upon amounts for four years where after my debt counselor informed me that all my accounts where settled. Now in 2018, a month ago, rainbow finance phones me and tells me there is still R13,000 outstanding on my account and demand that I pay R5,000 immediately. How does that work?????

These guys deducted money from my account for no reason

Hi, i purchased a washing machine at OK Furnishers, Paarl in Sept.2016. Up until this day i have not received ONE monthly statement after many requests that it be emailed but nothing and because i cannot make my payments on time because i have no statement i was referred to Rainbow finance. I informed them that i dont' know by when my account must be paid as i do not get statements/invoices as per my several requests. I was told today (11/08/2017) that i must pay by tomorrow. i said ok i'll pay via EFT. they told me i cannot i have to go to the branch or a Standard bank, within 2 days, which is impossible for me to do due to my work circumstances. So i cannot pay via EFT either??? I dont have the time to stand in q's or go to the branch that is why i have INTERNET / CELLPHONE BANKING!!

I will settle the account in full next week and NEVER purchase from them again.

I am currently a customer of OK furnatures in Eldorado Park and is very unhappy with teh way Rainbow finance handle my account .

A guy called Boiky came to my house stating that I am one month in arrears and the payment made on the 07.12.2014 shows a different amount as the balance compared to the statement he had

I would like explanation how can two systems give different amounts R10 947.82 after payment made on the 07.12.2014 with an arrears amount of (R731.09) when asked about this amount in the store I was explained by a cashier that it is in advance hence the minus amount

Very very bad service!
We settle the account a year ago, never got a call or email, nothing.. n month ago we got a letter from Attorneys that we owe them money!! we called on our expenses but they didn't care!
we had to settle the account AGAIN because THEY made a mistake!!! AGAIN!!!

now they ask as AGAIN to pay another R500 to finally settle the account AGAIN!!!

how much do we need to pay?! we've settle the account the second time for their mistake and now they say we must pay another R500 the the account!!

this is the baddest worst service money **** ever!!!

i will never ever recommend them!!! never!!!
