Im oxygen dependent and i live in an area that has constant power outages and on one occasion, I found myself a bit low on the emergency cylinder and I had to phone you to request a full oxygen cylinder. I dailed VitalAire on ******** only to be told that the number is unobtainable. This, is totally unacceptable. How can you only have one number? I'm very concerned about this as there must be others who also needed to get hold of you. You seriously need to address the one phone issue. Your service is seriously lacking and im very concerned and disappointed in VitalAire.
