Kia brits are taking customers for granted especially their manager Mr Rodolf van Der merwe, since I was promised a spare key now is almost a year. Employee are protecting de manager by not telling the true about whereabouts of him. I bought a rite off vehicle from Kia what a sheim.des Criminal mentality of taking money from poor clients must be stopped.
I bought a Kia soul 2010 from brits Kia, I was told dat de car was 2012 model and was not involved in any accident, but now after 6 months de same c AR shows dat was involved in accident color no longer de same and also body filler on it. I personally complaint to de dealer till to date, I'm send from piller to Post. Kia brits Is not faithful as de car was rite off before.
I purchased my KIA RIO (pre-owned) 1.4l Sedan in mid-December 2017, Registration number FC08XL-GP at Randburg KIA motors. As of today 2 month later I still have not received my car's spare key. I am very disappointed in Kia Randburg motors service.

I bought a KIA Soul 2015 model.
According to someone who have knowledge of vehicles said my car was in an accident involved, which of course I don't know anything about. Is there a way that I can find out when, by whom and which parts were ordered for my vehicle.
I have a kia cerato koup . My issue is i brought this car new and the mags have silver inserts which the paint peals off . I have had two replaced under waranty . My waranty has just run out and now i have noticed another mag pealing . As this is an on going issue am i still covered or do you just forget about me .

How is it possible that the warranty on the car is not going to pay for parts although it is ordered a months before warranty expires and delivery will only be days after expire date.Order is then before expiry date.

A very concerned customer. I own an Optima, a Picanto as well as a Hyundai H100 - which then makes me say I am a loyal KIA customer. In November 2014 while my Optima was still under warrantee, the driver's side window mechanism became disfunctional. I took the car in at KIA Edenvale Meadowdale. Since then I have always bees told the part has not arrive since it was ordered. I have been in such a situation for the full 6 months - do I call this a service?
