Pathetic service and repairs by AUTO ALPINE BOKSBURG
I took my vehicle in for a small fuel leak that was meant to cost R3000 suddenly my coolent went the price went up to 16 000 and now my radiator and several other things wrong when my CAR WAS PERFECTLY FINE... LIGHTS THAT NEVER WENT ON ARE NOW ON AND VECAUSE IM A CASH PAYER BMW TREATS YOU LIKE SHIT... I LOVED BMW AND ADVISED MULTIPLE FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CONSIDER BMW BUT WOW THIS IS PATHETIC

Very dissatisfied in my 2 year brand new BMW
My car is not even 2 years old and it has been in the workshop more often than in my garage. I do not know where it was assembled but every month something else goes wrong with it. I have been driving BMW's for over 40yrs and always only driven and bought BMW. I would like BMW Germany's opinion on a car which is always giving problems, which is Brand new. For a callable car of this at the over half million rand worth, I am in shock and dismay.

Not happy with BMW RUSTENBURG
Our car had a engine coolent problem and was fixed in March, in less then a months the car had the same problem, they took it in and did pressure test now the cooled is literally licking and they expect us to pay for repairs that was not done properly, I think we are being ripped of for their own failer

BMW Financial Services - Customer Services department "in meetings"
Call centre agents not authorised to escalate unless you send an email. Management "in meetings" and unable to take calls. 48 hours later and no reply or feedback...
PUBLIC USER
Been dealing unsuccessfully with call centre for a month - same response as above and same experience. Completely refuse to give contact details of anyone above call centre agents to whom you can speak. Can get NO HELP obtaining my NATIS original certificate on a vehicle paid up years ago - STUCK WITH A CAR I CAN'T SELL and have committed to a new vehicle.

Refund
I have not received my money back from BMW joburg city auto, I submitted my documents 15 days ago to date they don't care about processing my refund.It may be seen as a small amount to the company but to me as an individual im in distress and in urgent need to get my funds back.

Corli van der Westhuizen's shocking service
The said lady started attacking me verbally as soon as I booked my car in for a second service in 11 days because the electrical person was not working on the day. She verbally abused me as customer for absolutely no reason. When asking about the key battery she threatened to keep the car overnight. Now, BMW if this is the kind of person you appoint to destrot your brand, you have been successful. Such lack of inter-personal skills helped to destroy Menlyn BMW for me. What a sad case she is.

DISHONESTY AT BMW ARC FOUNTAINS
My vehicle was in for repairs at BMW Fountains ARC pathetic service my car went 3 times back as job wasn't done nycly iteam was stolen from my vehicle and they say it's not there responsibility I am so sad I gave my car in trust to them thinking they are bmw I hope someone at bmw head office can assist me

Poor Management skills
I purchased a used car from bmw Kimberley. I drove the car for 1 day and returned it to the dealership as I encountered problems. After 4 days they returned the car in the same condition. On the 6th day we returned the car due to the fact that we had the same and more problems.
The DP Mr Landman called us in and without giving us a chance to explain or expresses our disappointment immediately said he will not cancel the deal.
What also made me more frustrated was that Mr Landman accused us of looking for excuses.
I wish to be refunded as it is our right according to the CPA.

Rude unhelpful staff
Stopped over at BMW Supertech pinetown where i had very arrogant, rude and unhelpful service. Accusations made on how i drove my vehicle and my knowledge of my own vehicle and cars in general undermined as i am a female.

Thank you but if this is what BMW promotes keep your vehicle and brand. Sad in this day and age where a world class brand treats customers this way yet be sexist. We are in 2019 wake up!
