In 2012 I will be opening a gymnastics club in Ballito for pre and primary school children.
I am a highly committed coach who has over 10 years gymnastics coaching experience and have also competed internationally.
Gymnastics is the best way to improve core muscle strength and spatial awareness in children, and is an excellent companion to any other sport in order to improve a child's sporting ability.
Children with low-muscle tone and/or occupational therapy needs also benefit enormously from gymnastics, whilst having fun with friends.
Lessons will be held in central Ballito, and classes will be kept small so club numbers will be limited.
