I, Mrs E. C. Bodenstein, am a client of Direct Axis for a good few years now and I consider myself as a good client.
I pay my account promptly and there is nothing overdue. I am busy paying off my third loan from Direct Axis.
Although I received several offers to apply for new loans, it was the e-mail about being a 5 star client that made me
Reconsider a new loan with them. The e-mail also stated that I could apply online which I did. Somebody from
Customer services called me back and took all my details. She also explained that someone from the loans department
Would be in contact with me soon. The lady then called I had to submit documents to them in order to complete the application.
I submitted it via e-mail. One day later, I had to call the customer service department to confirm that they have received my documents
After which I was told that the documents were too light. If I had not called them, I wonder how long I would have been waiting for
Someone to come back to me about that. That happened last week and Wednesday. On Thursday I called the service centre again to confirm
That the documentation are as they want it to be. The man who spoke to me, confirmed it. I then asked him how long it will be before the
Money will be deposited into my bank account as the lady who did the loan agreement with me said it would be within 48 hours. He said he could not
Tell me as it is the loans department who is responsible for that but that someone will call me soon. On Saturday, I still did not get any money
And every time I go to the ATM to check on my balances, I have to pay bank charges! Again I had to call the customer service department
And the man who spoke to me assured me that they will call me shortly in connection with the money. On Monday afternoon, I again had to call
Them as the money was still not in my bank account! Again the lady said she cannot help me but that she will send an e-mail to the loans department to contact me.
This is now Tuesday, 4 March 2014, and up to now nobody has called me or made any attempt to let me know when I am going to get the money.
So much for the 48 hours!! And that after the first two ladies, who took my particulars, said that my loan was approved!! It is not that they do not have any of my details
Or that I am a new client.
I committed myself for payments for which I need the money and now I have to face them with a red face.
I really think this is very unprofessional and I am absolutely dissatisfied with the state of affairs!
