I would like to voice out my dissatisfaction with the service I have recently received at Multi choice. I had my service suspended 3 times in a space of a month yet having paid my monthly instalment. I was told to send proof of payment and even after doing so , it was suspended and every time I had to call and speak to a different agent. I feel as a longtime paying customer I wasn't fairly treated and its embarrassing to have you service suspended yet having paid your account.

WHATSUP - POOR service. I totally agree your DSTV personnel isn't
trained for the job and should all be fired!!!!! You know you have the monopoly in RSA and
are not even bothered anymore about your service. I have got an E16 error on my TV and the
whatsup reply was "I don't understand what you are saying?" ????????

PEOPLE SHOULD BE EMPLOYED ON THE BASIS OF KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, SKILL & A WHOLE LOT MORE.WHAT A USELESS BUNCH OF IDIOTS AT DSTV PORT ELIZABETH. VERY LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPANY & PRODUCT. NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL.

Unbelievable how the dstv can show the same programs over & over....is this what we pay for, seeing the same all the time everytime. Thank goodness for wifi & fiber.cancelled my dstv subscription, decoder went into the trash & I'm much happier streaming.

What’s going on - is DSTv snoep. For both the Vuelta and the World Cup XC we do t get the commentary, just video. Is that because Multichoice don’t want to pay. What a joke!
