Magna Thomson International Movers - Spartan

recently used the service of Magna Thomson to move from South Africa to the UK. Quoting was good as was engagement with the actual company. Packing was well done BUT when the goods arrived in the UK ?????

They turned up 4 hours late and then after 2 hours said it was the end of their day and that they had to leave. Goods were not unpacked nor was debri taken away - which is the service we paid for. Understandably not directly Magna Thomsons service but we paid for them for this service which we did not receive. When I asked what they were going to do about it there has been no communications. Still waiting.

Choose your business partners wisely as this still has an effect on client experience ! A 4 - maybe 5 star experience has become a generous 2 star experience !
