He is assisted by his wife Diane (Sales / Creditors), Paula (Service / Debtors) and Dave (Contracts / Technical). Spa 'n Bath started out in the Kwazulu Natal region by becoming a member of the "National Spa and Pool Institute" (N.S.P.I.) which is a bone-fide organization set up to protect the end user when investing in this type of home improvement.
