Staff attitude and service
The staff has no name tags on. Difficult to say who served you. Long story short the staff is not on the till most of the time. The attitude of the dark short lady stinks to the core. I personally think the place can do better with younger stuff members who are trained on customer service. I mean you can't wait for an ICE Cream for 20 odd minutes no. This outlet can do better

Security with no manners
The chicken licken lady security who's fair in complexion have no respect to customers she cant even speak in good manners she makes u lose appetite I will never buy to chicken licken when I'm at estcourt

Worst service ever, after 10 minutes in the store nobody served me, staff should be trained as they have no customer service at all
