All it takes is a paradigm shift to truly see what lies behind the food on your table. Changes in awareness come from a grassroots level: • one-on-one interactions • engaging in non-confrontational discussion • changing the world one heart at a time • being willing to learn and impart knowledge • empowering people with information that will change their lives and end the suffering of animals • encouraging people to see the connection between animal sentience and the animals they eat This is the most uplifting thing anyone can do. It is amazing how many people truly care and want to make a difference. Every day I am filled with a sense of hope at the positive responses received from the dissemination of vegan information.
