shame on you Afrox/Makhula
1. This is the promise by Afrox to empower the nation:

“For some time now, Procurement and HR have been identifying opportunities in Afrox that can be outsourced and turned into small / medium black-owned enterprises,” said Makhula.
2. I pursued this promise by Afrox and after struggling since 24 Aug 21, got hold (telephonically and via email) of Makhula Magaoga on 9/9/21. We promised to talk today (10/9/21), I called him. Only to be told that he does not want to speak to me the telephone. When I enquired why - he switched off the call.
3. Afrox - shame on you have appointed Makhula, he is the face of this black empowerment initiative, but lacks the professionalism to telephonically market and/explain the companies objective
4. Please - can get some one else to help me.

CANCELLATION OF RENTAL
Arranged for cancellation of rental agreement on 28 April 2021 for last day of rental 31 May 2021. The company I worked for doesn't exist anymore
and Afrox staff do not know what they do. We are now in August and it seems that they do not do their job properly by collecting the
acet tec cyl on 31 May 2021 and know expect payments for months that the company is no more in business. The cylinders was used on the site of Mpact Recycling 36 Glenhurst street Parow Valley and used by Mpact Recycling. I received an email from Afrox that you will collect the cylinder in June but still harass me and I am not even with the company anymore (I do not own the company only worked for them) because IT DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE What part do you not understand.

BAD SERVICE
1. The service from your company is so bad that we have decided to Never again hire any cylinders from you
2. I have dealt with Verna Bridgens since 8th October 2020, then with Nathaneal Swartz, both promised me feedback on my query, now I have to deal with an accounts department who seems incapable to sort out the problem
3. Covid hit us on 27 March 2020 and we were stuck with an empty cylinder since, we could not refill or return during lockdown, yet we where charged with your excessive rental for all the months that we could not work or use an empty cylinder. We are not a company but pensioners who use the gas as a tool to help us build a container house
4. I understood (incorrectly) that we had to pay a deposit on the cylinder. When we wanted to return the cylinder in August 2020 to Build It in Malmesbury, they could not assist us and complained that Affrox is also not giving the service that they needed.
5. Verna explained that there are no deposits payable on the cylinder, she undertook to look into the matter, I then see it was forwarded to someone else to look into. Not on. If you undertook to help me sort out the problem, then you do so, even if it falls outside your scope of work.
6. Nathaneal the same. 16 Feb 2021, I forwarded everything through to him
7. The cylinder was returned to Build It eventually after a big hassle and now I would like to see results on my query

worst service ever
First time I had dealing with this company and it will be the last.Dealt with 011 490 0400 as well as ******** and home care department and it was anything but pleasant.Lets just say they do not care about your needs. Was forced to find alternative supplier.
