Elgin House offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms that boast the finest percale cotton linen. Each has a television, a private telephone, internet facilities (wireless and cable ADSL connection), a selection of teas, coffees and home-baked rusks. Three bedrooms, with king-, queen-size and twin beds, have fully-equipped en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a new en-suite bathroom with shower only. In addition, Elgin House offers a separate Garden Cottage, situated away from the main house and overlooking the swimming pool. The spacious communal dining room and lounge area is well suited to groups of up to 16. Whiteboard, data projector, screen and wireless internet are available. The area leads out on to a large shaded patio and tranquil garden set in a 1.5 acre plot and lends itself ideally to re-energising during breaks. Pre-conference refreshments, teas and lunches catered for. The property is secured with high-voltage electric fencing and an electronic, remote-controlled gate. Parking is off-street and secure.
