One star is actually one too many
My wife & I have been complaining about Vodacom's signal in our area. Not one response. They act on these forums as if they're making contact, but they never do. Today their sales department has the audacity to call us to sign a new contract as our contract is ending soon. So they can contact us to sell us a new contract, but not to resolve our complaint. Do yourself a favor & stay clear of Vodacom. Their service has gotten atrocious as has their signal.

blocking my sim card
they decided to block my sim card number because I stopped them from continuing billing me for the service I don't have, doing that for 3 months.
