Durban Sands is perfectly situated for a great beachfront holiday while the more energetic take a short drive to play golf, enjoy tennis, sailing, boating and the Point Waterfront. In addition to many on-site activities including a sauna, squash courts and gym your apartment is fully equipped to take care of your holiday needs. All units are equipped with TV, MNet, DSTV, microwave & fans. The resort offers Limited Cleaning Services and undercover parking at a fee. sleeping 4 people to 2 bedroom units sleeping 8 people. The studio units have a double bed and 2 single sleeper couches in an open plan setup while the 2 bedroom units have a double bed in the main room, 4 single beds in the second room and a sleeper couch in the lounge. There are also 1 bedroom units sleeping 5 people which provide a double bed in the room, a double and single sleeper couch in the lounge. The other 1 bedroom units accommodate up to 6 people.Reviews

The resort is over all average
We experieced problems with the lifts. There are two lifts - one from reception first stop, the 5th floor and then continue to the rest of the building.
The other one goes to all the floors. We had to make use off the one that stops on all the floors
We were on the 5th floor and the car park on the 2nd floor.
When we arrived, after we booked in, it took us an hour to get a lift to take us to our appartment.
We were unable to use the lifts due to staff and contractors (trollies with cleaning material, ladders, brooms, etc) make use of the same lifts. The lifts are not usable for guests they have to use the stairs.
Staff stand is coridoors, make lots of noise and there is no supervisors to control staff.
I will for that reasons not make use of this resort again
