Repair Coaches are received at the factory in a derelict state and all rust and damage is cut out. The body is rebuilt, resulting in a better product than was originally built. This includes modular windows and outside sliding doors, as well as a finishing with superior paint coating system. Bogie Repair Bogies are stripped down, cleaned, crack tested and repaired, then rebuilt with overhauled springs, brake levers, snubbers, all wearing and guide plates, and new composite brake blocks and brake riggings.
