RODCOL CONTRACTS - Durban

Rodcol Contracts was established in 1987 in Richards Bay and has since provided its services to all major industries in the Zululand area including Swaziland, Natal Midlands and Mozambique. Due to rapid expansion, Rodcol opened its offices in Durban in January 2007. In November 2006 Rodcol sold 30% equity in the company to a BBBEE* consortium, which came into effect on 1 January 2007. The new shareholders are Hlahlindlela Investment Holdings (represented by Mr Don Mkhwanazi and Mr P. Maharaj) and Ramcon (represented by Mr Y. Ramsudh and Ms Y. Patel). Rodcol Contracts is certified as a CIDB* Category 6CE company. *CIDB and BBBEE verification are available on request.
