Money stolen
Be careful with this car hire company! If you are from overseas, they don't transfer your deposit/surety back! Maybe because it is difficult to take the company to court if you are from another country, I don't know. It happened to me. They don't answer you via e-mail either. One of the guys there told me that it takes up to a month until I'll get my money back, and I blieved it, because at Hertz car rental it was the same and I got the money after a few weeks (years ago). So I waited. The problem is, if you try to contact them, they don't answer you and the customer service tells you that any complaints after 28 days are not handled anymore.
