Reviews of Bradlows - Tzaneen

I bought a faulty smart tv. Sent it for repairs problem still not solved. I’m still stuck with no tv while I’m paying my subscription from other service providers that need a tv . I’m not buying from Bradlows ever again poor products and poor service. Even the customer care sucks they never follow up on complaints

bought a dining suit at Eastgate Mall last year,and when it was delivered after a while found that the glass on top of the wood did not sit well and its loose/now falling off

I contacted the shop and a complaint was logged last year in Nov/Dec was called it was going to be delivered, come delivery the driver told me that the the dining suite is more than 75 kg and its risk to come alone they will get someone to come and deliver, till today no-one called me, you call the customer service they will advice i should call the shop,called the shop the Manager will advise i will do a follow up and come back to me and will never call back,i called the ware house several times and they will also advise that they will call me back.....till now i am still waiting

after spending R36 000 on it i feel like i wasted my money...i felt like i was robbed
