HILLBROW HOSPITAL - Johannesburg

For three years I've been submitting my CV at hillbrow clinic, and never not even once have I received a call back,iam a qualified HIV/Aids counselor and graduate from Boston college, but they can hire inexperienced,unqualified family members and fiends with no matric.

I went to Hillbrow clinic on 25/08/2021 at around 14h56 coz my 3 year old was hurt on the head with open wound sat there waiting for assistance up until the 16h55 when the doctor attended to my son he told me that he Can not stitch him because he is still young so he will need juss to be cleaned, bandaged and given some medication but to my surprise I waited again for 2hrs without being assisted and l left because my son was hungry and crying because of hunger and the nurses were busy on their phones not even showing interest of what was happening

I lost my card of the file number instead of lying I told the guy who was suppose to open a file for me the truth instead of helping us with the other ladies who were having the same problem as me he spoke anyhow to us telling us that theres no more time for careless people,like really?This guy is getting paid for opening files and helping people,who can leave their houses to go and play in the clinic?as he refused to reopen files for us,he went back sat down and drank his tea because theres no 1 in those chairs for file opening.So y is he here.Where's his Ubuntu?

I'm taking my medication at general hospital and I was given a next visit date for Friday from Shap left to the clinic but they've been sending me back for 3 weeks to come on a Monday forgetting that I'm lso working I always have to produce a valid proof / card to my employer for next visit date and I'm concerned about my healthy and they don't even care about that they dont listen to anyone when you explain outside the gat when you tell them. poor service it shows that the is no communication.I'm concerned about my healthy cz i dont know how im o going to get my medication and that will cause default and they will make noise again when you tell them that they've been sending us back on Fridays cz up parently the is some of the things that they don't do on Fridays. what a bad service and treating people like rubbish if you wish to call me you can call my number is ********

They have one big problem here.
The facilities are rundown and give the impression of very low sterility. The colours are dark and you wonder what they hide.
To inspire confidence, a place where people with all sorts of ailments are sat in inert queues you shouldn't ever have misgivings about leaving with a worse affliction than that brought you there in the first place.
In addition, this business of grouping outpatients and people clearly suffering makes the process slow and their job harder.

I was accompanying my husband to this hospital and normally husbands and wives are together especially when one is sick. But they treat people like dirt they don't even want you to help your husband even to fill the form they've chased me like I'm nothing and told me to wait in the waiting room that was so cold. Another woman she was with her daughter and they separate her from her daughter I really don't understand the way they treat people in that hospital.

Which day is cardiac clinic please ????
