EXCELLENT CARE BY YOUR NURSES
My Mum has been ill and been admitted to hospital despite the Covid Pandemic. Nurses in the Trauma Unit, you ladies go way beyond the call of duty to assist. Veno you are an incredible part of this excellent team and we appreciate all you guys do. Mum was admitted to Maternity unit due to Covid and nurses Patsy and Sarah, no words can describe your passion for your job and how you treat the elderly. My mum was difficult but i admire the way in which you treated her and your patience is admirable. I pray that God keeps you safe and blesses your beautiful souls.

Disapointing nursing staff
Diagnosed with kidney stones. Then diagnosed covid positive. Wanted to complete surgical procedure but was moved around from one ward to another at odd times. Nurses refused to secure drips on my hand. Made me wait over An hour b4 bed prepared for me. Yet doctors surgery phoned 2 hours in advance for bed. This was last visit to your hospital from my family and friends.

No care or compassion
My dad, aged 73, is left lying on a bed while waiting for a ct scan to be done, absolutely shivering from cold. Not one blanket in him and not one nurse even considers putting one over him. The lady that drew his blood hurt him really badly. I am actually so angry that when one leaves a family member in the care of a hospital, this is how they are treated.

Best service
I would like to thank all the nurses who were taking care of me which i was admitted in V. Hospital(Maternity Ward and when my daughter not well too(Paed Ward).All the care and the attention and everything i mean from ringing bells non stop but you were patient with me,well i feel much better now and should i get sick again i would kindly asked to be brought back that side lol.
