Company description
Founded in 1975, ZUMAT has been serving the medical community of rural Maputoland through aviation. Medical flights are performed as a service and calling, and is done at no charge to the community or medical personnel. Commercial charter flights subsidize the operation. After being based at Ubombo for more than 30 years, we are in the process of relocating to a new base at Hluhluwe, approx 1.5 hrs drive north of Richards Bay. We are excited about what the future holds. ZUMAT is a non-profit organization and is structured as a trust.
