UNIGLOBE Travel has more than 7 500 offices globally and more than 25 in South Africa. After the official launch held in Sandton, Gauteng Province in April 1999, more offices continue to be opened in other major centres of South Africa like, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban etc. UNIGLOBE Sunshine Travel is a Black-owned company operating within the UNIGLOBE Franchise System. After much preparation UNIGLOBE Sunshine Travel opened for business on 01 October 2000. The offices are situated on the 19th floor, Carlton Centre, Johannesburg and 225 Duncan Street, Hatfield, Pretoria as well. It is an accredited IATA Agency and ASATA member. It uses the well known reservation system known as GALILEO. UNIGLOBE Sunshine Travel was founded by Lindeni Millicent Moloko and Idah Moloko. The two ladies, who are sisters-in-law, were later joined Rebone Josephine Moloko, their cousin.
