We do so while providing a level of service that delights our customers, while creating wealth for our stakeholders and the people of Southern Africa. Since 1989, Wonderware Southern Africa has supplied and supported world-leading industrial automation software solutions to the South African manufacturing and mining industries. More recently, we have started to more aggressively address the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) aspects of these same markets in order to provide customers with a more holistic approach to meeting their business objectives. While information has traditionally been associated with the business world, this is no longer the case. Today, the ability to control production processes efficiently and in real-time has a direct bearing on the company's bottom line because these are its wealth-creating processes. So, although we supply process control solutions, they are also at the forefront of data capture and information delivery to processes at the operational, business and strategic levels of the organisation – hence our move into the world of MES.
